Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bastaa AI ("Bastaa," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

Bastaa provides an autonomous operating layer for dental practices and DSOs, including AI voice reception, bilateral PMS synchronization, billing and revenue cycle management, and related operational modules. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your portal credentials and for all activity under your account. Client portal access is provided at bastaa.ai/login or app.bastaa.ai.

You agree to use Bastaa only for lawful dental practice operations and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you submit and sync.

Base reference scope is $1,200/month per location, billed month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Custom scopes and pooled-minute pricing for DSOs are negotiated separately. Overage is billed at $300 per 1,000 minutes.

Bastaa is aligned with HIPAA requirements. Business Associate Agreements are executed with covered-entity clients. See our HIPAA Security Overview for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bastaa's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim. Bastaa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
