Bastaa AI is provided for lawful dental practice and DSO operations. Clients may use the platform to manage patient reception, scheduling, billing, and related workflows for their own practices.

You agree not to: (a) use Bastaa to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform; (c) use the platform to process data for practices you do not represent; or (d) violate applicable healthcare or privacy laws.

AI-generated communications are intended for legitimate practice operations. Clients are responsible for ensuring patient consent where required (e.g., SMS messaging consent) and for compliance with TCPA and similar regulations.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of data submitted and synchronized with their PMS. Bastaa is not liable for operational outcomes resulting from inaccurate client data.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. Report suspected abuse to info@bastaa.ai.
